Michael Winzenried was born and raised in West Valley City, Utah. He is a graduate of University of Utah with a degree in Sociology and a background in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Over the past 10 years he has worked in various programs for adolescent behavioral/mental health treatment, most recently working for the TeenScope program at the University of Utah Huntsman Mental Health Institute.
Mr. Winzenried enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. His children attend Saint John the Baptist Catholic school where his wife is a teacher. They spend most of their time attending their children’s gymnastics meets and flag football games.
Mr. Winzenried is an avid sports fan. His favorite teams are University of Utah football, Green Bay Packers, and the Utah Jazz. He is excited to support the students and attend many Judge games and events.
