To ensure the safety of others and their freedom from distraction, the use of cell phones, personal listening devices including but not limited to iPods, MP3’s, electronic games, and other “toys” including skate boards and game boys are not permitted during the school day. If a student is using one of these items, it will be confiscated. Confiscated items may be collected from the Dean's Office by a parent or guardian. Students are advised that Judge Memorial is not liable for valuable personal property and students should not bring such items to school.
